He has experience in many areas, including: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, consumer goods, industrial biotechnology, biopolymers and environmental science. He has been awarded patents in biofilm control in cross flow membrane systems. Mr. Baldridge has held senior management positions at Mead Johnson International, Universal Foods Corporation, and Bristol Myers International. He negotiated and closed more than 150 product licenses, joint ventures, subsidiaries and distribution agreements with major international corporations in the U.S., and in more than 60 countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Baldridge has a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University. He was a founder of 5 start-up companies that became NASDAQ publicly traded firms and CEO or a Senior Officer of three of these firms. |

| Mr. Torres was the Founder, President, CEO and principal shareholder of Serrot International until its sale to Waste Management, Inc. Serrot became the world's largest manufacturer and installer of geosynthetic linings with manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Canada, Chile, and Germany. Serrot did field lining installations in over 80 countries, and generated sales of $200 million selling into the solid waste, wastewater, mining, and agriculture industries. Mr. Torres holds patents in the fields of geomembranes and leak detection systems. Prior to founding Serrot, Mr. Torres worked eleven years with Ameron in the U.S. and its foreign subsidiaries. Ameron is a major concrete and steel pipe manufacturer for the water and wastewater industries in the municipal and industrial market place. Mr. Torres is a registered professional engineer in the State of California and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. |

| Mr. Podella is an applications scientist with expertise in new product creation; design and development, including patenting new technology, regulatory affairs, manufacturing process design, and marketing plan development. Mr. Podella holds patents in surfactant chemistry and its applications. As a Senior Technology Specialist in International Research and Development for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. for twenty-seven years, Mr. Podella led a team of chemists and technicians, started subsidiary companies in international territories, managed product accounts averaging more than $200 million in annual sales, performed research and development projects in several foreign countries, and launched more than one hundred products worldwide. Mr. Podella attended the University of Wisconsin and took additional coursework at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. |

| Mr. Hardy founded MISCO (Municipal and Industrial Service Company) in 1978, a manufacturer's representative company in the water and wastewater treatment industry that generates annual sales in excess of $250 million. MISCO is the largest water treatment manufacturer's representative in the United States. Principal clients include: U.S. Filter, Infilco, Andritz, and other leading manufacturers of water and wastewater equipment. Mr. Hardy was MISCO's Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to founding MISCO, Mr. Hardy spent eighteen years in sales and marketing at Ameron, a concrete and steel pipe manufacturer for the water and wastewater treatment industries. Mr. Hardy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sanitary Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. |

| Mr. Chickering spent several years in New York and Los Angeles with Cunningham and Walsh Advertising as Vice President, Director of Account Management for American Home Products. Brands under his management were: Woolite, Black Flag, Easy Off, Wizard, Anacin, and Dristan. He also handled the Kawasaki and Marantz accounts. Subsequently, Mr. Chickering formed Chickering-Howell Advertising and was responsible for Business Development and Account Management of Armor All, Walt Disney Studios, Paramount Pictures, Porsche Design, Adidas, and A&W Restaurants. Mr. Chickering then became an entrepreneur and founded the Cotton Buds Company and American Enviro Products, which manufactured and sold the first biodegradable, disposable diapers. Both firms were later sold. He is responsible for the overall business development and sales and marketing of ABC's consumer and I&I lines. Mr. Chickering earned a Master of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. |

| Dr. Goldfeld joined the company in 2003. He previously held senior research and professorial positions in various academic, governmental and corporate organizations, including NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the University of California-Irvine, and over 15 years as a head of research at the Institute of Chemical Physics, Moscow. His area of expertise is in biophysical chemistry, surface and membrane science. He authored over 120 peer-reviewed research papers, monographs, textbooks and holds patents in the fields of agricultural chemistry, bioactive compounds and surfactants. | Mr. Michalow has held sales and marketing management positions with Degussa's Specialty Materials and Applications Group and the Water Treatment Division of Nalco Chemical Co. Mr. Michalow founded a technology transfer and U.S. marketing company based on German technology for developing micro fluidics that are employed in bio-assays. He holds patents in the field of biotechnology related to biofilm control and has published articles on Advanced BioCatalytics in specialized journals. Mr. Michalow earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. |
